The live engagement intelligence layer for pharma.
Onomi captures what HCPs actually say and do at your congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and medical education meetings — resolves every interaction to a CRM identity, and feeds your Veeva or Salesforce timeline with the behavioral signals your omnichannel engine has never been able to see.

Onomi is the live engagement intelligence layer for pharma.
Onomi is a software platform that captures what happens at every live HCP interaction — congresses, webinars, advisory boards, medical education meetings — resolves each interaction to a CRM identity, and pushes rich, structured behavioral signals into the CRM in time to drive the next commercial or medical action.
Three products sit underneath that single architecture. All three feed one identity-resolution engine, one consent framework, and one sync into a CRM.
Onomi Anywhere
The engagement platform for omnichannel webinars, advisory boards, and medical education meetings (standalones).
ExploreOnomi CongressIQ
The congress engagement suite: KOL scheduling, booth interaction capture, symposium micro-apps, HCP and staff hubs.
ExploreOnomi 360
The audience intelligence and KOL database layer that makes every engagement signal compound across formats.
ExplorePharma built a brilliant omnichannel model. And left one channel out of it.
Pharma commercial teams have spent the last five years building real omnichannel orchestration. CRM. Marketing automation. Next-best-action AI. A content factory feeding the field.
And the richest behavioral signal in the entire channel mix — what an HCP asks at a booth, submits in a webinar Q&A, raises in an advisory board, or scores poorly on in a pre-session assessment — still doesn't reach CRM. At best, it reaches people three weeks late, in a PowerPoint, with no identity resolution and no way to trigger anything downstream.
The result: reps walk in cold. Brand teams design campaigns from assumed pain, not stated pain. MSLs lose KOL context the moment a meeting ends. Agentic AI personalizes from incomplete profiles.
We built Onomi to close that gap — at the speed, scale, and rigor a Top 20 pharma operates at.
Twenty-plus years building the most demanding pharma engagement programs in the world.
Onomi is the life sciences engagement business of SpotMe, a Lausanne-based platform founded in 2000 as a spin-off from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) — one of Europe's leading engineering universities. For more than two decades, the platform has run mission-critical scientific exchanges for the world's largest pharmaceutical organizations.
Since March 2023, Onomi has been part of Swiss Post Digital Services — the digital communications division of Switzerland's national communications institution. The logic was clear: for more than 175 years, Swiss Post has been the trusted custodian of Switzerland's most sensitive communications. Extending that mandate into the secure, identity-resolved exchange of enterprise data was a natural next step. It is also why, when a Top 20 pharma's procurement team asks about data governance, parent-company stability, and long-term continuity, the answer is unusually short.
The largest life sciences organizations in the world run on Onomi.

Five principles. No more.
- 01
Live HCP engagement is the richest behavioral signal in pharma — and the one channel the omnichannel model has never been able to see. Closing that blind spot is the work.
- 02
HCPs are not like other audiences. Generic engagement and event management tools fail them. Time-pressed, evidence-driven, skeptical of commercial framing, and dependent on peer credibility — pharma engagement has to be built around how clinicians actually learn, not retrofitted from a B2B SaaS playbook.
- 03
An interaction that doesn't reach CRM didn't happen. A booth conversation, a webinar Q&A, an advisory board insight is only as valuable as the next action it triggers in the field.
- 04
Agentic AI is only as good as the signal it ingests. Identity resolution is non-negotiable. The 2026 commercial model runs on context. Context comes from live engagement, or it comes from nowhere.
- 05
Pharma commercial teams don't need another event app. They need a unified engagement intelligence layer. That is what we build.
The 2026 commercial model runs on context. We're building the context layer.
The next five years of pharma commercial belong to the teams that compound HCP context across every live touchpoint — and feed it into the AI agents, next-best-action engines, and CRM workflows that drive every campaign, every rep call, every MSL conversation.
That is the work Onomi 360 is built for: an identity-resolved profile per HCP, compounding across congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and medical education meetings — every interaction enriching the next. The structured upstream signal that makes agentic AI actually intelligent. The audience intelligence and KOL database that turns live engagement from a series of one-off moments into a permanent, growing commercial asset.
That's the next horizon. We're already shipping toward it.
